Last week, Kim Kelley on of our top agents came to me with some exciting news. She had earlier that day listed a home for sale in the Crestline market that one of our competitors had listed for quite some time and the listing had expired without it selling. Taking the listing was good news, but what followed was even better news.
Kim called one of her clients that was shopping in this price range to let them know about her new listing. The next day, that client bought the property.
It amazes me how sometimes things line up so perfectly. Kim did an excellent job of working with the seller to position the property in a market that currently has a high number of bank owned properties, and utilize her network to put the buyer and seller together.
