According to the Rim Association of Realtors on June 1, 2009 nearly half of all pending sales of single family homes  in Lake Arrowhead Woods are listed by Coldwell Banker Sky Ridge Realty.  A month ago, there were 34 pending sales in this area as of today there are 51 representing a  50% increase in activity.
