Frequently when buyers choose a lender there can be challenges....... some lenders make a lot of promises and sound really good up front, and then put the screws to the client, or in some instances don't perform at all. During a recent transaction a buyer chose a lender who did exactly that. The didn't deliver.... what follows is an email that was sent from the buyer stating his exact feelings.
"Thank God. If only we would have started the process with Mt. West to begin with....it could have saved me a couple pints of blood. Thank you Marty for getting this done in record time!"
