An Extra Hand Concierge and Residential
Services is currently owned and operated by, Loraine Ragsdale. Loraine has been
a resident of the San Bernardino Mountains ince 1992. She
decided to create this company because as an accountant she would work
countless hours and never had time to do the things that she needed to do, such
as errands, organizing and planning vacations. Weekends were spent on errands,
catching up on housework and laundry.She always had too much to do and not
enough time in which to do it.
As
a San Bernardino Mountain esident, Loraine discovered
that there is a need for a reliable source to take care of the little
things that needed to be done around the house. In addition, many visitors come
to our resort community to enjoy the beauty and refuge that the
mountains have to offer. Spending time on a relaxing walk thru
the woods instead of grocery shopping would be a much more enjoyable
experience. Time is valuable. Therefore, An Extra Hand Concierge and
Residential Services was formed to offer personal
concierge services, along with residential and home care services to
the visitors and local residents of the Lake
Arrowhead Communities.
